A marketing agency building its own software suite.
Shmo Software LLC is a marketing agency and custom software developer. Our work with local shops through Pawn Leads showed us the same problem again and again: good people losing hours to work a computer should do.
We built software for our own operations: reports that build themselves, calls graded without someone listening to every recording, and data moved out of systems that held it hostage. Our portfolio also includes Shmello, Shmo Card, Shmo Funds and Shmo Stuff. Shmello is its name today; a move to the Shmo name is planned.
Our wider work includes From Me 2 You in beta. Shmo Calls, for recording, transcripts, AI quality review and IVR, and Shmo Tube, for TV ads and content managed from a remote dashboard, are in development. We also build custom software for other business owners who face the same everyday problems.
Why a marshmallow?
Shmo is a s'more. Our products are the graham crackers and the chocolate, and Shmello, the marshmallow, is the good part in the middle. Software should be like that: soft and friendly on the outside, and doing the real work inside.

Jeff grew up broke in Cottonwood, a small town in Northern California. Sales taught him to talk to strangers, and marketing taught him how to bring them in. He owns Shmo Software and Pawn Leads.
